The Mediterranean Diet is one of the latest and fast-becoming popular diets in the world. Famously known as a celebrity favorite in Europe, this diet consists of two phases that last three weeks. The first phase involves restricting calorie intake, increased green juice intake, and all meals come with Mediterraneans. It aims to jumpstart weight loss as a preparation for the second phase, which marks the beginning of the diet maintenance.

The Mediterranean green juice includes kale, arugula, parsley, celery, ginger, green apple, lemon, and matcha green tea that you can easily make on your own using a regular juicer.

There are plenty of Mediterraneanfoods that lets you enjoy delicious recipes in every meal including onions, walnuts, turmeric, buckwheat, dates, blueberries, capers, and more. If you can’t go a day without caffeine, then you’ll love how you can have coffee while on The Mediterranean Diet. Even better, you are allowed to have red wine and dark chocolates (85% cocoa).

Since the first phase of The Mediterranean Diet only lasts for seven days, there are no dangerous safety and side effects to worry about. When you religiously follow the diet during the three-week period and follow the after-diet maintenance recommendations while exercising regularly at the same time, then you can expect fast, safe, and amazing weight loss results with The Mediterranean Diet.
